Arguably the best survival game ever made, Rust, is now on sale for 33% off on Steam for a limited time.
Facepunch, the developers of the highly-popular survival game, Rust, just announced via Twitter that the FPS title will be 33% off on Steam to celebrate their Twitch Rivals event. According to the Rust Steam page and following announcement, the game will be on sale until May 23, 2023.
Rust Twitch Rivals 3 is an event that will run from May 16-20, 2023. During this time, you can link your Twitch account to your Steam account and gain different exclusive cosmetics by watching different streamers. To learn more about that event, visit the Rust Twitch Rivals 3 page.
For the uninitiated, Rust is a game where you start as a completely nude nobody that washes up on the shore of a beach. Similar to other survival titles like ARK: Survival Evolved, you’ll slowly build up resources to build a base, defend yourself from other players and NPCs, and slowly become more powerful on your server.
With anywhere from 100-150K players enjoying the game on its numerous servers at any given time, Rust is one of those titles that you’ll need to play yourself to fully understand.
