SNK CORPORATION has just announced the release of a new demo version for THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV (KOF XV).
Fighting game fans have something new to look forward to with today’s announcement from the President and CEO of SNK CORPORATION, Kenji Matsubara, that a new demo version of KOF XV is available starting on April 20, 2023 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles.
The new demo version features a selection of 15 playable characters, including some of your favorites from previous games, as well as fresh newcomers to the series. The character roster includes Shun’ei, Meitenkun, Benimaru Nikaido, Isla, Heidern, Dolores, Kyo Kusanagi, Iori Yagami, Chizuru Kagura, Terry Bogard, Ryo Sakazaki, Chris, Mai Shiranui, Athena Asamiya, and Kula Diamond.
In addition to the character selection, the demo also includes offline versus and training modes. This gives players the opportunity to practice their moves, refine their techniques, and play with their friends before the officially game launches.
It’s important to note that save data from the demo version cannot be transferred to the retail version. You can download the demo right now from the PS Store for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
