The anticipation for Black Adam, the Warner Bros. film hitting theaters on October 21, 2022, is starting to heat up with a Fortnite tie-in. Fans of Fornite are keenly aware of all the different crossovers, but fans of Dwayne Johnson will finally be able to play as Black Adam. Here’s what we know about Black Adam Fortnite skin.
When does the Fortnite Black Adam Skin release?
According to a Tweet by the official Fortnite Twitter account, Black Adam will land in the Fornite cosmetics shop on October 20, 2022, at 8 p.m. ET. This is just one day before the release of the Black Adam movie in theaters.
In addition to Black Adam getting added to the Fortnite cosmetics shop, there will be a live stream on Twitch on October 12, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. ET to premiere the skin.
Will there be any Black Adam Special Events in Fortnite?
While nothing has yet been confirmed, Epic Games may host something special to commemorate Black Adam coming to Fortnite. While we hope this is the case, we’ll have to wait and see. Remember to visit our News Section for up-to-date Fortnite news updates.
Fortnite just updated the game with the Fortnite V22.10 Hotfix, so we’re not sure if they are ready to add more content. However, comic-book tie-ins are nothing new to Fortnite players, and there have been numerous crossover events in the past.
For that reason, it’s not unreasonable to think that there will be at least some sort of easter egg for that will be added when the Black Adam Fortnite skin hits the shop on October 20, 2022.
