There are several new characters, Light Cones, and Events coming to Honkai: Star Rail in Version 1.1. Below is a rundown of what to expect in Galactic Roaming.

Characters

These new characters are coming to Honkai Star Rail 1.1:

  • Silver Wolf (5-star) – A Quantum-Type character following the Path of Nihility. She can inflict Weakness on enemies and reduce the DEF of single-target enemies. Her basic attacks also debuff enemy targets, reducing their ATK, DEF, or SPD.
  • Luocha (5-star) – An Imaginary-Type character following the Path of Abundance. His Skill can restore HP to a single-target ally. Skills cause his attack to accumulate Abyss Flower, which can be consumed to deploy a field against an enemy. Enemies in the Field attacked by allies restore health.
  • Yukong (4-star) – An Imaginary-Type character following the Path of Harmony. Her Skills buff ally ATK and her Ultimate can increase the CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG of all allies and deal single-target DMG.

Light Cones

These are the new Light Cones coming to Honkai Star Rail 1.1:

  • Incessant Rain (Nihility) – Increases the wearer’s Effect Hit Rate by 24%. When the wearer deals DMG to an enemy with three or more debuffs, increases CRIT Rate by 12%. After the wearer uses their Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate, there is a 100% base chance to implant Aether Code on a random target that does not have it yet. Targets with Aether code receive 12% increased DMG for one turn.
  • Echoes of the Coffin (Abundance) – Increases the wearer’s ATK by 24%. After the wearer uses Ultimate, all allies gain 12 SPD for one turn. Additionally, for each different enemy the wearer attacks, regenerate three Energy. Each attack can regenerate Energy in this way up to three times.
  • Before the Tutorial Mission Starts (Nihility) – Increases the wearer’s Effect Hit Rate by 20%. When the wearer attacks enemies that have reduced DEF, regenerates 4 Energy.
