Starship Troopers: Extermination is an upcoming first-person horde game where players can play in teams of 12 to overcome innumerable hordes of bugs.
If you’re into horde games and loved Starship Troopers the movie, you’ll soon be able to immerse yourself into the world with the new horde-based shooter, Starship Troopers: Extermination, scheduled to release sometime in 2023.
Developed by Offworld Industries, the game is a 12-person cooperative shooter where players must build and defend a base, use various weapons to dispatch the alien-bug threat, and work with teammates online to complete missions.

The one-and-a-half-minute trailer unveils key details about the upcoming game, including new gameplay of the abilities for the game’s three classes, Assault, Support, and Defense.
While the game does appear to be a bit rough around the edges in some spots, gamers that love the lore of the franchise may be able to overlook these as long as the game is fun upon its Early Access release on Steam.
