Warzone 2’s DMZ mode is officially here, and that means it’s time to put your skills to the test against a mix of players and AI. Some players may notice others walking around with an M13 and wonder how they can unlock it. Well, you’ll need to find the Chemist. Here’s where to find the Chemist in Warzone DMZ.
Where to Find the Chemist in Warzone DMZ
To find the Chemist in Warzone DMZ, open your map and look for the Radiation Area. This area is highlighted yellow and has a red radiation symbol in the middle of it. Head to the Radiation Area, and you’ll have a chance to find the Chemist.
The Radiation Area is typically in the southern region of Al Mazrah, but there are a couple of spawn points. It’s a good idea to head to the radiation zone as soon as possible because it’s truly first come, first serve.
If another squad gets to the radiation zone before you, they can kill the Chemist and extract from the map with the blueprint. There’s no more M13B blueprint in your current match when that happens. So you know, the Chemist is wearing a bright yellow hazmat suit, so keep your eyes peeled.
We recommend equipping a gas mask or looting one before entering the radiation zone. Gas masks can drop from any enemy randomly, and you can also find them inside loot crates and containers. Over time, you take a decent chunk of damage from the radiation, so staying alive isn’t a cakewalk, and gas masks negate the damage.
Again, the M13B is unlocked by defeating the Chemist in the Radiation Zone of DMZ and extracting his dropped weapon. The M13B has a short-stroke piston system, allowing for a high rate of fire and low recoil.
