Boo! It’s almost Halloween, and what better way to spend the spooky festivities than with an event update to our favorite cute and cuddly cult game, Cult of the Lamb. The new event is called the Blood Moon Festival and runs into November. Here’s what you need to know about the Cult of the Lamb Blood Moon Festival, including the run date and everything that developers, Massive Monster, are cooking up for October.
When is the Cult of the Lamb Blood Moon Festival?
Cult of the Lamb’s Blood Moon Festival will run from October 24 – November 10, 2022. During this time, players will have access to a new ritual that will illuminate the dead for three days and new Follower Forms and Decorations.
What Changes are in the Cult of the Lamb Blood Moon Festival?
Cult of the Lamb Blood Moon Festival will feature the following changes:
- Added Blood Moon Ritual
- Added 3 New Follower Forms to unlock
- Added 4 Base Decorations to unlock
- New music
Players will also be able to catch the ghosts of dead Followers.
Blood Moon Ritual
The Blood Moon Ritual will only be available until November 10, 2022, and costs 40 Pumpkins.
According to the game, the Blood Moon Ritual:
“Conjures a Blood Moon which illuminates the dead. Lasts 3 days.”
New Follower Forms
In addition, there are three new Follower Forms you can choose from during the Cult of the Lamb’s Blood Moon Festival:
- Bird
- Cow Skull
- Demon
