Cyberpunk 2077: David Martinez Build from Edgerunners

If you love Edgerunners, you might want to try out this David Martinez build in Cyberpunk 2077.

After the debut of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, Cyberpunk 2077 is making a comeback. For fans looking to immerse themselves in Night City and recreate scenes from the show, we’ve got quite the guide for you. Here’s how to recreate David Martinez’s build in Cyberpunk 2077, including how to get the legendary military-grade Sandevistan.

The David Martinez Build in Cyberpunk 2077

  • Operating System: QianT Sandevistan MK.4 or QianT “Warp Dancer” Sandevistan MK.5
  • Arms: Gorilla Arms
  • Weapon: HJKE-11 Yukimura

To replicate David Martinez’s build in Cyberpunk 2077, we’ll be using the QianT Sandevistan OS, Gorilla Arms, and the HJKE-11 Yukimura Smart Pistol. In some scenes, David uses his Sandevistan without much delay, so we’ll also be using the Heatsink mods, along with Bioconductor cyberware, to decrease the cooldown further. David also uses Syn-lungs in the show, which can be obtained from the Ripperdoc in Heywood, Wellsprings.

Where to Get the QianT “Warp Dancer” Sandevistan MK.5 in Cyberpunk 2077

The QianT “Warp Dancer” Sandevistan MK.5 can be purchased from the Ripperdoc in City Center, Downtown. It will set you back about 44,000 eddies.

QianT “Warp Dancer” Sandevistan MK.5 Stats

  • Slows time to 10% for 8 seconds. Cooldown 30 seconds.
  • Increases any damage dealt by 15% when Sandevistan is active.
  • Increases Crit Chance by 10% and Crit Damage by 35% when Sandevistan is active.
  • Three Cyberware Mod Slots.
  • Requires 18 Reflexes.
QianT Warp Dancer Sandevistan MK.5 Stats

The cooldown on the Warp Dancer is far longer at 30 seconds and only lasts for eight seconds. David tends to activate his Sandevistan in short bursts in the show, so this may feel more accurate to some players.

Also, another thing to note is that this Sandevistan requires more investment into the Reflexes trait.

To further reduce the speed of the Sandevistan cooldown, you’ll want to pick up the Legendary Bioconductor Cyberware. You can obtain this at the Ripperdoc in the Badlands.

You’ll also want to pick up the Sandevistan: Heatsink crafting spec from the Ripperdoc in Arroyo. You can equip three of these, and each one reduces the Sandevistan cooldown by four seconds. Also, you can consider using the Nanorelays Cyberware to increase the Sandevistan duration by two seconds.

Where to get the Gorilla Arms in Cyberpunk 2077

The Gorilla Arms can be purchased from the Ripperdoc in Heywood, Wellsprings, for about 30,000 eddies.

Gorilla Arms Stats

  • Bonus Damage.
  • Bonus Physical Damage.
  • Increased Bleeding Chance.
  • Three mod slots.
Cyberpunk 2077 Gorilla Arms

Since David loves using his Sandevistan, we’ll want to maximize our brawling damage. There’s no better piece of cyberware to do that than Gorilla Arms.

Gorilla Arms charge with Fast Attacks, dealing additional damage with each subsequent strike. When fully charged, use a Strong Attack to release the charge and deal an extremely powerful blow that will knock down enemies. Gorilla Arms also provide a bonus of 6 to your Body Attribute checks.

Where to get the HJKE-11 Yukimura in Cyberpunk 2077

The HJKE-11 Yukimura is a weapon that can be obtained by killing a specific member of the Animals gang in The Glen at Heywood. After taking down the gang member, he’ll drop the legendary crafting spec for the HJKE-11 Yukimura.

After obtaining the HJKE-11 Yukimura crafting spec, you can craft it for 2 Legendary components, 12 Epic Components, and 12 Rare Components.

HJKE-11 Yukimura Stats

  • Smart Pistol.
  • Electrical Damage and Shock Chance.
  • Crit Chance and Crit Damage.
