Refer to the map above to find all 28 Altar of Lilith statues in Fractured Peaks. Some can be sort of difficult to find, but the statues are always visible to some extent. Keep your eyes peeled and follow the map above, and you’ll eventually unlock all the Altars in the area.
You can keep track of how many Altars of Lilith you’ve found by opening your map and going to the Region Progress tab (W key while on the map screen on PC).
What is the reward for Altar of Lilith?
Discovering the Altar of Lilith locations in Diablo 4 gives you renown in the area you discover them in, as well as a permanent +2 boost to a random primary stat (Strength, Intelligence, Willpower, Dexterity).
Region progress and renown can earn you various in-game rewards, including extra potion charges, skill points, bonus experience, gold, Obols, Paragon points, and more. Each character on your account can claim the bonus experience and gold, and the other rewards unlock for all characters on a realm.
Other ways to increase your region progress include completing side quests, discovering the map and waypoints, completing side dungeons, and completing Strongholds.
