Diablo 4 Open Beta: World Boss Spawn Times

Here's the exact time and date when you can battle the world boss, Ashava, in the Diablo 4 Early Access and Open Beta.

One unique aspect of the latest Diablo installment, Diablo 4, is the introduction of world bosses. While this is nothing new in games with MMO elements, it’s something new for the Diablo series. World bosses are more challenging than your average monster, requiring the help of several wanderers to bring down. In the upcoming Diablo 4 Open Beta, we’ll get to experience Ashava, one of the game’s world bosses. Here’s a look at the Diablo 4 world boss spawn times in the Open Beta.

Diablo 4 World Boss Spawn Times (Open Beta)

Here are the times when players can fight the world boss Ashava during the Diablo 4 Open Beta:

  • March 18: 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 1 a.m., 3 a.m. EDT
  • March 25: 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 1 a.m., 3 a.m. EDT

Update: The world boss spawn times were pushed back one hour due to a technical issue. We assume this may also be the case on March 25.

Ashava is found in Fractured Peaks, and we’ll update this post with a more detailed location when the Open Beta actually launches. She has two massive and sharp forearm blades and a poison ability that covers the ground.

Players can gather in the world boss’s location and recruit friends and other players to pursue the boss. For defeating Ashava, mysterious and “sizeable loot” will be rewarded to all who participate.

As shown in the world boss schedule above, we have four opportunities to fight the world boss on Saturday, March 18, and Saturday, March 25. These times should be the same regardless of region, so you’ll need to convert the date to your time zone.

Furthermore, in the same Blizzard post, there are some details explaining players can download the Diablo 4 Early Access beta on March 15 at noon EDT and the Diablo 4 Open Beta on March 22 at noon EDT. Make sure to download the game early if you plan on playing as soon as possible because it’s safe to assume the servers will be swamped.
