In Diablo 4, Act 5, players must find the Serpent’s Left and Right Eyes to open the door to the Temple of Yngovani. If you’re struggling to find them, this guide will walk you through it.
In Act 5 of Diablo IV, players are joined by Neyrelle and Lorath to track down the corrupt Elias. Players will head to Blightmarsh in one section and must open the doors to the Temple of Yngovani by finding the Serpent’s Left and Right Eyes. Like other items and NPCs in this questline, the locations for said items are a bit hidden, and you’ll need to search around to find them. If you don’t have the time for that, this guide will show you where to find the Serpent’s left and right eye in Diablo 4.
Where to Find Left and Right Serpent’s Eye in Diablo 4
The left eye can be found in the north of Blightmarsh by speaking to the Dying Bandit in the center of the camp. After speaking with him, he will drop the gem.
The right eye can be found in the southeast of Blightmarsh by looting the Half-Devoured Cultist at the alter. Upon looting them, they will drop the Right Serpent’s Eye.
Once you obtain both the left and right eyes, you can head back to the Temple of Yngovani and insert them into the door to continue with the quest line.
This portion of the quest might be a bit confusing, especially if you normally don’t loot the corpses or bodies in each level. Luckily, it’s really not that hard, and the area itself is pretty survivable to most players.
