In Diablo 4, players can retrieve the quest called The Woodsman of Nevesk by speaking to Magdalena, a citizen of Nevesk. Once you speak to her, a blue quest circle will become available in Boulder Ridge, where you’ll need to search for the axe. Where to Find Woodman’s Axe in The Woodsman of Nevesk Sidequest
The Woodsman’s Axe is located at the northwesternmost tip of the blue quest circle in Boulder Ridge. The quest circle will become smaller once you get close to where you can pick up the axe.
Once you interact with the axe, The Woodsman (Elite) will spawn, which you’ll need to take out to complete the quest. Once you defeat him, he will drop the axe.
Once you retrieve the axe, you can teleport back to Nevesk and speak with Magdalena again. Select the dialogue option, “I have the Woodman’s Axe,”
The Woodsman of Nevesk Rewards
For completing The Woodsman of Nevesk sidequest, players are awarded:
- +20 Fractured Peaks Renown
- Gold
- XP
- Murmuring Cache
The Woodsman of Nevesk is actually one of the easier quests in Diablo 4, however — the quest circle doesn’t exactly point out where you can find the Woodsman’s Axe, so we get it if you missed it.
Unlike many other quests in Diablo 4, the quest doesn’t have a precise marker for the location of the axe.
