Dragon Ball Tenkaichi 4 Announced at DBFZ Tournament

Dragon Ball Tenkaichi 4 was announced at the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour Finals, causing fans to go wild.

In the Dragon Ball universe of games, it’s hard to think of a game that tops DBFZ; however — if you were to rank them, the Dragon Ball Tenkaichi franchise would be somewhere up there. Recently, at the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour Finals, a trailer showing off the upcoming game was showcased.

In the short, under-a-minute trailer on Twitter, the game’s developers showcase some old gameplay of the previous Tenkaichi games before unveiling the brand-new graphics accompanying the new title.

The trailer showcases the title Dragon Ball Z: Sparking!, the game’s name in Japan.

This has caused fan speculation to go wild, with people in the comments and on Reddit discussing the upcoming game and what might be included.

While Tenkaichi may not have been as popular as the Dragon Ball FighterZ or Xenoverse, it certainly had its own dedicated fanbase during a time when DBZ was not at the peak of its popularity.

The third game in the series Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 was hailed by gamers and DBZ fans as one of the best games based on the anime and manga by Akira Toriyama. Dragon Ball Tenkaichi 4 will introduce the game franchise to a whole new group of people as well as bring back old fans who enjoyed the game in their childhood.
