ExileCon 2023, the much-anticipated second official Path of Exile convention, is just around the corner. The event promises an array of gameplay demonstrations, developer talks, and appearances from your favorite Path of Exile content creators and special guests.
Before you pack your bags for New Zealand, remember to apply for an “NZeTA” online. Almost all ExileCon visitors from overseas must apply for one. The process is straightforward and can be done on the New Zealand Immigration website.
ExileCon 2023 Date, Schedule, and Details
ExileCon 2023 will occur on July 29-30 in Auckland, New Zealand. A full schedule of ExileCon can be found on the official Path of Exile website.
Registration Details
To pick up your badge, you’ll need to show the QR code that is visible on your Path of Exile account page on the website. The registration tent is open during these hours:
- Friday, July 28: 2 p.m.-8 p.m.
- Saturday, July 29: 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Sunday, July 30: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
If you’re a VIP or Ultra VIP pass holder, your weekend begins with a VIP dinner on Friday evening at the Wildfire Churrascaria. The dinner starts at 6 p.m. on Friday, July 28, and the restaurant is located at Shed 22, Auckland.
Arrival Time on Saturday
The keynote presentation (with the big announcements) starts at 10 a.m. The event organizers recommend picking up your badge on Friday and arriving around 9 a.m. to get seated and comfortable before the big show.
ExileCon After Party
The ExileCon After Party runs from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday, July 30. It’s a Restricted 18 event, so you must bring ID. Your ExileCon badge has a voucher on the back for one free drink, which you can redeem at the Terrace Café.
Attendees can join the official ExileCon 2023 Discord channel to speak to other attendees before and throughout the event.
