On top of Early Access, those who pre-order the FIFA 23 Ultimate Edition also get:

Signing Up for EA Play
Users can sign up for EA Play to get early access to FIFA 23 on September 27, 2022. A standard EA Play subscription costs $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year.
Like previous FIFA Early Access releases, players can only play for a total of 10 hours. We recommend using your limited time wisely and not going AFK and leaving your game open. Are you doing SBCs or trading? Quit the game and load up your companions or web app!
If you’ve got some extra cash to burn, you can also sign up for the EA Play Pro membership for PC, which costs $14.99 per month or $99.99 per year for unlimited FIFA 23 Early Access.
That’s not all, though. On top of Early Access, EA Play members also get rewards like FUT packs, XP boosts, and a vast library of gaming titles, including FIFA 22, Madden NFL 23, NHL 22, Grid Legends, and Apex Legends.
FIFA 23 officially releases on September 30, 2022, for PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Stadia.
