Goat Simulator 3 Release Date and Trailer

Are you ready to commit maximum carnage as... a goat... again? Here's details on Goat Simulator 3, including the release date and trailer.

If you were a fan of the hit game Goat Simulator, you’ll be happy to hear that the next game in the series finally has an official release date. Keep reading for everything you need to know about Goat Simulator 3, including the release date, trailer, and details.

What is Goat Simulator 3?

If you haven’t played or seen the original Goat Simulator, we’re not sure where you’ve been, but it’s much more than simulating a goat’s life. Sometimes labeled an action-adventure game, sometimes a fighting game, Goat Simulator 3 is neither of those things, but it is a lot of fun.

Developed by Coffee Stain Studios and published by Koch Media, the Goat Simulator series can best be described as a seemingly hapless and unaware goat causing maximum carnage to the gameworld and NPCs around him. We say “seemingly” because in reality, you’re controlling the goat, and whether it’s headbutting someone into the mountains or jumping on a giant trampoline to reach max ups, there’s a ton one can do in the game world.

What Platforms is Goat Simulator 3 On?

Goat Simulator 3 is available on XboxPlayStation, and PC.

What’s Different in Goat Simulator 3?

The most significant difference between the first and second game is that in Goat Simulator 3, you can play up to 4-player co-op. This means you can either create carnage and havoc with a group of friends or go against each other in the game’s newly added minigames.

There will be new quests, collectibles, locations, and a much larger game map. Essentially in every way, Coffee Stain Studios took this release much more seriously. Well, as serious as one could take a rampaging open-world goat game.

Why is it Goat Simulator 3 and not 2?

The fact that the developers decided to skip over the title, Goat Simulator 2 is totally on-brand with the game’s wacky meme humor. As the original game was just a joke to test a physics engine, the new game is a lot more of a “game” due to the first game’s insane popularity and the resources that came with that.

Honestly, we’re excited to play and jump into the world of Goat Simulator 3.
