What is Equilibrium Level in Honkai Star Rail?
The Equilibrium Level is the game world level. It increases as you explore the universe and allows you to obtain better rewards from Calyx, Stagnant Shadow, Cavern of Corrosion, and Echo of War. In addition to better rewards, it also allows you to increase your Trailblaze Level and ascend characters, Relics, and Light Cones.
How to Increase Equilibrium Level in Honkai Star Rail
As your Trailblaze Level goes up, you must complete Trials of Equilibrium to increase your Equilibrium Level. The Trials of Equilibrium are quests that become available at specified levels. Here are the Trailblaze Level requirements for each Equilibrium Level:
- Equilibrium Level 1: Trailblaze Level 20
- Equilibrium Level 2: Trailblaze Level 30
- Equilibrium Level 3: Trailblaze Level 40
- Equilibrium Level 4: Trailblaze Level 50
- Equilibrium Level 5: Trailblaze Level 60
- Equilibrium Level 6: Trailblaze Level 65
You’ll first encounter this system when you reach Trailblaze Level 20. At Level 20, you should see a quest pop-up in your Missions Tab. The quest is usually short and involves battling a few enemies. Think of it as a level and power check. To ensure your success, have your characters maxed out and a few levels on your Light Cones and Relics.
Defeating the Trials of Equilibrium mission will automatically increase your Equilibrium Level. If you have difficulty with the mission and fail it, you can always level up some more and try it again later — there’s no penalty for failure.
