What is New in Need For Speed Unbound?

Need For Speed Unbound, developed by Criterion Games and published by Electronic Arts, is a racing game centered around real-world environments. The rumors of a “more anime” NFS entry have held true, with stylized graphical effects accompanying the usual cars, races, and police pursuits seen in the trailer.

Also featured are currently-unnamed characters portrayed in a similar format, as opposed to the real-world footage used in some entries, such as the classic 2005 title Need For Speed Most Wanted. The Steam store page promises new chase mechanics, expanded customization, and opportunities to show off for fellow racers.
