Pokemon GO’s July 2022 Community Day to Feature Starly

The feature Pokemon go the Pokemon GO July 2022 Community Day is Starly.

Pokemon GO has announced the next Community Day event, and it will feature Starly, the Flying-type Pokemon. The next Pokemon GO Community Day event takes place on July 17 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time. During this period, Starly will appear more frequently in the wild, and if you’re lucky, you’ll be able to catch a shiny variant!

As always, there are some special features and bonuses for the Pokemon GO July 2022 Community Day event.

Pokemon GO Community Day July 2022 Features

The Pokemon GO July 2022 Community Day features 3-hour Incense and Lures, triple Catch XP, double Catch Candy, double chance to get Candy XL from catching Starly, and 5x Photobomb Surprise. 

Evolve Staravia during the event (or up to 5 hours later) to get a Staraptor that knows the special move, Gust. Staravia will appear in four-star raids, and once defeated, Starly begins appearing in a 300-meter radius around the gym that hosted the raid for 30 minutes.

Players can also access the Starly Community Day-exclusive Special Research Story (Field Notes: Starly) by purchasing the $1.00 Community Day ticket. You can also send a ticket to a friend so they can participate. To do this, tap the Special Research ticket from the shop and pick the Gift option. Pokemon GO Community Day: July 2022 Event Bonuses

  • 3x Catch XP.
  • 2x chance to receive Starly Candy XL from catching Starly
  • 2x Candy for catching Pokémon.
  • Lure Modules activated during the event will last for three hours.
  • Incense activated during the event will last for three hours.
  • Take a few snapshots during Community Day for a surprise!
  • One additional special trade can be made during the event and up to five hours afterward for a maximum of three for the day*
  • Trades made during the event and up to five hours afterward will require 50% less Stardust.
