You may have missed a thing or two if you’ve just started your journey in Tower of Fantasy (TOF). The wildly-popular MMORPG has a lot of different mechanics and systems you need to get used to. One of these is Supply pods, which are scattered throughout the map. These contain powerful resources that you can use to roll more powerful weapons. You’re not alone if you’ve encountered a Supply Pod that you cannot open because it’s covered in vines. Here’s how to remove vines from Supply pods in Tower of Fantasy.
Most Supply pods in TOF require you to defeat a nearby miniboss to unlock it. Supply pods wrapped in vines are slightly different yet easy to open.
How to Remove Vines from Supply Pods in Tower of Fantasy
To remove the vines from Supply pods in Tower of Fantasy:
- Hit ESC and click Weapons.
- Select a weapon slot and hit Switch.
- Select a fire weapon. You can see the element in the bottom right of the weapon icon.
- Left click the vines to destroy them.
And there you have it! To destroy the vines covering the Supply pods in Tower of Fantasy, equip a fire weapon, and attack the vines to burn them away. It might seem super simple now, but don’t worry if you were stumped at first. There isn’t any sort of clue or indication that you need a fire weapon to open these pods.
What Are Supply Pods in TOF?
Supply pods are strewn throughout the game world in TOF. They are indicated on the mini-map with the following icon:
Supply pods contain materials you can use to purchase more rolls or upgrade your equipment. To open a supply pod in TOF, walk up to it and hit the F key.
