ROBOBEAT: A Roguelite Remix at London Games Festival

Another FPS rhythm title has just been announced.

London Games Festival has announced the inclusion of the upcoming rhythm shooter ROBOBEAT in its High Energy category. This exciting announcement comes from Kwalee, a UK games publisher, and Simon Fredholm, a talented developer from Sweden. ROBOBEAT will be showcased during the festival, which will be held from March 29 to April 9, 2023, alongside at least 30 other titles from around the world.

ROBOBEAT’s demo version is exclusively available to members of its Discord community until the end of May. Gamers can experience the game’s fast-paced action and challenging gameplay mechanics, including shooting, wall-running, sliding, and bunny hopping, all in sync with the beat! Players can choose from various tracks to suit their playstyle and maximize their damage.

The name of the game here is player preference, and we’re excited to see the new innovative mechanics the game can bring to the rhythm genre. The game’s roguelite rhythm shooter format features procedurally generated levels and a symphony of modifications that can be added to your arsenal of finely-tuned weapons.
