SEASON: A letter to the future is a new game developed and published by Scavengers Studio and is set to release on January 31, 2023, for PS4, PS5, and PC.
In a world of hyper-violent videogames, where even the most cell-shaded cartoony iterations involve fully-automatic machine guns, it’s nice when a game comes along and focuses on the narrative and story. 2022 was a strong year for this sort of game, with various titles where killing enemies isn’t one of the core gameplay loops.
SEASON: A letter to the future is another game that focuses more on the narrative and story elements over violence and destruction.

Releasing for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC on Epic and Steam, Season: A letter to the future is scheduled to release on January 31, 2023, according to its developers. The game is a single-player experience and has full controller support for players on PC.
SEASON: A letter to the future Trailer
The minute-and-a-half trailer showcases some of the characters you’ll meet on your journey. In SEASON, you play as a young woman who discovers a secluded village by exploring the world on your bike.
Much of the game will be spent on said bike, where you’ll be tasked with documenting, photographing, and recording the life around you in this post-apocalyptic setting.
