What Does the Ringtail Gordo Unlock in Slime Rancher 2?

Defeating the Ringtail Gordo unlocks another teleporter from Starlight Strand to Rainbow Fields. To get rid of the Ringtail Gordo, you’ll need to wait until nighttime and feed it 50 Fruit, Veggies, or Meat.

There are some nearby Chickens, Cuberry trees, and Pogofruit trees. You’ll need somewhere around 50 pieces of food to satisfy the Ringtail Gordo, and you’ll need to feed it at night — during the day, all Ringtail Slimes turn to stone. That means during the day, there will be a giant Ringtail Gordo statue at the location.

The teleporter that the Ringtail Gordo unlocks is very convenient. It goes back to the southern central area of Rainbow Fields, which is only about a one-minute walk or less from The Conservatory. Considering Starlight Strand is a huge area, this will save you tons of time.
