Spider-Man 2, the highly-anticipated game showcased in 2021, finally receives a release window in the fall of 2023 for the PlayStation 5, according to the game’s developers, Insomniac Games.
PlayStation owners have been waiting for Spider-Man 2 for what feels like forever at this point. Amidst the rumors swirling around Twitter and Reddit, the developers of the game, Insomniac Games, finally released more information on the release date for the game.
The game will follow the events of Marvel’s Spider-Man and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales as Peter Parker and Miles Morales team up to take on the threats in New York City.
The one-and-a-half-minute trailer for the game showcases Miles Morales and Peter Parker working together to stop crime. Lurking below the surface, however, is a familiar threat.

While no exact release date has been confirmed for the game, we’re happy to hear that gamers won’t have to wait much longer to get the full release.
If this new Spider-Man 2 is anything like the previous games in the series, players are in for a deep narrative experience with fun gameplay and tight controls when the game finally swings onto people’s consoles in 2023.
