Fans of co-op horde games and 90s sci-fi classics have another entry in a growing list to get excited about. Starship Troopers: Extermination is an upcoming game developed by Offworld Industries that tasks 12 roughnecks with taking on a horrifying menace of unstoppable giant-sized pests.

Starship Troopers: Extermination Release Date & Trailer
According to the official website, Starship Troopers: Extermination is scheduled to release in an Early Access state on May 17, 2023. Along with the announcement for the Early Access period, the team also released the Trooper Recruitment Trailer that you can watch below:

What is Starship Troopers: Extermination?
Starship Troopers: Extermination is a first-person co-op shooter that consists of 3 squads of 4 players each (12 players total) fighting off a bug menace. In Extermination, players will suit up and ship out as a member of the Mobile Infantry’s elite unit, the Deep Space Vanguard, on the hostile bug-infested planted of Valaka.
In the game, players will be tasked with working together to build & defend a base, complete objectives, and access precious resources to extract together alive and intact. Three classes, a unique class progression system, and five types of enemy bugs will be available at the Early Access launch.
