Why Can’t I Buy or Chat in Tower of Fantasy?
The simple reason you can’t buy or chat in Tower of Fantasy is because your age is set too young for the region you are in.
According to the official ToF website:
“You may be subject to behavioral restrictions in some functions because of the restrictions we place on underage users in compliance with local laws. If the age selected during registration is incorrect, you can contact our customer service (setup-customer service) to make changes.”
Put simply, you are too young to interact with others or buy things with real-world money.

How to Fix Being Unable to Buy or Chat in ToF
If you provided the wrong birthdate to ToF and are now regretting it because you can’t buy anything or chat, don’t worry, there is a solution.
To fix being unable to buy or chat in ToF:
- Send an email to the official ToF support email inbox at [email protected].
- In the Subject Line, put: “Accidentally set wrong birth date.”
- In the Body put: “Hello. I accidentally set my age wrong. My actual birthday is “X-X-XX. Can you please allow me to buy things and chat?”
- Wait for a response.
