Fans of hockey are eagerly anticipating the start of the 2022-2023 NHL season, which begins on October 7, 2022. With the newest season, many players will also want to live the excitement of hockey from the comfort of their own homes. NHL 23 will let fans of the sport create their own teams and play exciting games from their home consoles. But with the game announced for Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5, some gamers wonder if NHL 23 will ever come to PC.
Will NHL 23 Ever Come to PC?
While the game has been announced officially for the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, there has been no official announcement for the game’s release to PC. According to the official NHL 23 website, the long-anticipated hockey game will be released on October 14, 2022.
While this does not mean it cannot happen in the future, it has not been announced, and currently remains unlikely that PC gamers will get their own version of NHL 23. An NHL game has not been made for PC since NHL 2009.
For those who pre-order the game, they will be able to have access to it 3 days early and can begin their experience on October 11, 2022.
Console Gamers Can Pre-order for Exclusive Bonuses
While PC gamers may not be getting their own version of the game this time, console gamers can pre-order the game from the official website to claim some special bonuses.
Not only will they be able to access the game 3 days early, but they will receive in-game currency, dual entitlement to upgrade their copy of the game to the next-gen of consoles, and even some special cosmetic items.
Fans of NHL 23 can purchase the game before it drops on October 14, 2022, to ensure they can get these fantastic extras.
