Pre-orders are now available for World of Warcraft Dragonflight, and it turns out there’s also a tentative release date on the Battle.net store. It looks like the game may be released sooner than most people thought. Blizzard’s plans may change, but here’s everything we know so far about the World of Warcraft Dragonflight release date.
When does World of Warcraft Dragonflight release?
According to the Battle.net shop, World of Warcraft Dragonflight is set to release on or before December 31, 2022.
There are 3 versions of World of Warcraft Dragonflight available for pre-purchase:
- Epic Edition: $89.99
- Heroic Edition: $69.99
- Base Edition: $49.99
Base Edition
Includes a pre-purchase of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight and the Drakks pet as a pre-purchase bonus item.
Heroic Edition
Includes everything in the Base Edition, plus the Tangled Dreamweaver flying mount, the Murkastrasza pet, and instant access to a Dragonflight-Level Character Boost (Level 60) to get you ready for your adventures across the Dragon Isles.
Epic Edition
Includes everything in the Heroic Edition, plus 30 days of game time, the Timewalker’s Hearthstone effect, the Diadem of the Spell-Keeper’s head-slot transmog, and the Wings of Awakening back-slot transmog which includes 5 color variants, one for each of the major Dragonflights.
