Microsoft’s vaunted Xbox Game Pass is delivering more content this month. As usual, subscribers will gain access to a mix of classic entries and upcoming titles right as they release, ensuring players will never be short of games to play. Here’s the Xbox Games Pass games list for October 2022.

There’s a good blend of titles available this month. Starting off, players will have immediate access to multiplayer first-person melee with Chivalry 2. The game features medieval combat, including swords, shields, bows, and more. 

There’s also some survival-oriented gameplay joining soon, with Medieval Dynasty and the first two seasons of episodic adventure series The Walking Dead joining the ranks on October 6.

For the more cerebral, the social deduction game Eville will be out on October 11, followed by the space strategy sim Dyson Sphere Program on October 13. 

For players that want to celebrate the Halloween season, October 11 also marks the arrival of Double Fine’s Costume Quest, centered on the collection of different costumes and turn-based battles against assorted monsters. The month’s releases wrap up with a survival-horror flair, as Scorn and A Plague Tale: Requiem adds organic industry and hordes of rats, respectively, on October 14 and 18.
