The crossbow can be found inside the safe in the El Maistro garage toward the end of the Alone mission. The password to the safe is 37-60-80, and inside it, you’ll find a crossbow and a bunch of cash that is unlootable.

If you’re wondering where to find the code to the safe, check the laptop inside the garage. You’ll see a notepad file that says: “Al fondo del garage: 376080.” That’s your clue for this particular safe. This is the second safe you’ll encounter in the level — the first one is a bit further back and contains a Desert Eagle.
The crossbow only has two bolts, but you can pick up your bolts after shooting them. If you lose your bolts, you’re pretty much out of luck. It’s a good weapon for this particular level because it can one-shot headshot those annoying, hard-to-kill armored enemies.
