Players who perused the Edgerunners Update patch notes for Cyberpunk 2077 are probably well aware of the six new firearms and five new melee weapons that were added into the game. However, some new secret weapons aren’t in the changelog, one of which is an incredible power shotgun. In this guide, we’ll show you where to get the GUTS Iconic Shotgun in Cyberpunk 2077.
Where to Get the GUTS Iconic Shotgun in Cyberpunk 2077
The GUTS Iconic Shotgun can be obtained in the Arasaka Tower region of Night City. It’s sitting on the grass behind three meditating monks underneath a walkway.
As you may already know, the Arasaka Tower area is a bit confusing to navigate, as there are many vertical levels to the zone. The easiest way to get to the location with the shotgun is to start at the Metro Memorial Park fast travel point. Follow the dark blue line in the image below from the fast travel point to get to the spot.
Basically, you’ll need to get to the street-level area of Arasaka Tower. There, you’ll see three monks meditating. The GUTS Shotgun is lying in the grass behind them.
The good news is that after you pick up the GUTS firearm, you can open your crafting menu and make a legendary version of it.
GUTS Shotgun Stats
The Legendary / Iconic version of the GUTS Power Shotgun comes with four empty mod slots and the Power modifier. It also comes with six randomized affixes, which can include:
- Chemical Damage
- Crit Damage
- Crit Chance
- Bonus Ricochet Damage
- Poison Change
- Headshot Multiplier
The Power modifier makes it so bullets can ricochet off surfaces. We recommend using four extra damage mods (Crunch) to really beef up the damage output.
Originally the gun belonged to Rebecca from David Martinez’s crew. It’ll wreak bloody havoc, though it can be a little unpredictable, much like its original owner.
