This a smaller update to Dragon Ball: The Breakers, but we’re grateful for the ongoing support as the game evolves. The Dragon Ball: The Breakers November 14, 2022 patch notes mainly target issues with matchmaking and in-match bugs. There’s also a small balance change involving Power Keys.

The Dragon Ball: The Breakers patch notes for November 14, 2022, include:

Matchmaking Improvements

The Dragon Ball: The Breakers matchmaking improvements include fixes for:

  • Matches not moving past the Versus Screen
  • UI not displaying after Match Start
  • Errors during the final stage locked players in, forcing a restart

Matchmaking itself is getting needed fixes. We experienced game-breaking bugs when we lost connection during the final matchmaking stage. The other day, this bug cost us a run at Raider, so we’re grateful they’ve implemented a fix.

Match Bug Fixes

The match bug fixes for The Dragon Ball: The Breakers patch for November 14, 2022, include:

  • Revive no longer breaks when a Survivor stops at a full revival meter
  • Players can now Summon Shenron after Ultimate Super Attacks from Cell or Frieza
  • Fixes to unintended behavior when attacked or dodging during some Survivor Active Skills
  • Raider dialogue no longer breaks
  • Players will no longer be stuck in Spectator Mode, especially when being revived

A couple of major bugs around Reviving were fixed. The current meta features a bunch of downing Survivors and camping near them, so we may see more changes in this area.

Change to Power Keys

Power Key installation progress is now retained. Contesting the Power Key sites will be much easier for Survivors now. Raiders will be getting a future buff to compensate. This change should help more Survivors reach the climactic endgame.

We’ve personally spent more time begging for revives than playing. Hopefully, these and the previous changes will bring Dragon Ball: The Breakers to a healthier state and give us more chances to contribute.
