Developed by Capcom, Street Fighter 6 is gearing up to be one of the biggest fighting games ever made. The hype is real — and players that want to get a taste of some of the game’s new mechanics can do so through the Street Fighter 6 demo.
Yes, the rumors are true; the storied fighting game is letting players try it out before paying on PlayStation, PC, and Xbox platforms. Here’s how to get the Street Fighter 6 Demo and details on what’s included in the game.
How to Get the Street Fighter 6 Demo
To get the Street Fighter Demo, head to the PlayStation Store online or via your console’s Store page. Press the Add to Library button, and the demo will automatically start downloading.
PC and Xbox Instructions:
The PC and Xbox versions of Street Fighter 6 will go live on April 26, 2023, at 12 a.m. PT / 3 a.m. ET / 8 a.m. BST. When the links go live, we will update this post.
Street Fighter 6 Demo Details
The demo will be a limited version of the game and include the following features:
- Playable Characters: Luke, Ryu
- Stages: Genbu Temple, Training Room
- Fighting Ground: One on One, Extreme Battle (‘Down & Out’ x ‘Bull Run’), Tutorial (Beginner: Classic/Modern/Dynamic), and Character Guides
- World Tour: Avatar creation, the first part of the story.
- Commentary: Aru, Vicious
At least 25GB is required on your PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, or PC for the demo.
Players can transfer characters created in the Avatar creation in World Tour to the final release if they plan on playing the full game on the same platform.
