To get Weapon Tuning in Modern Warfare 2, you need to max out the weapon’s level. Weapon Tuning is the max-level reward for all weapons, allowing you to fine-tune the characteristics of your modifications to enhance your gameplay.
Once your weapon level is maxed, you can go into the Gunsmith, choose an attachment slot, and select the Tune option.

Best Attributes to Fine Tune in MW2
