Rust Update November 2022 – Wipe Time and Content Update

If you’re a Rust fanatic, you know that hopping onto the server to get your base started right as the game wipes is critical to success. That’s why we’ve followed Facepunch Studios on the latest update and wipe information for our favorite survival game, Rust. Rust Update November 2022 Wipe Time

According to the official Rust Twitter, Rust’s monthly wipe will occur on Thursday, November 3, 2022, at 3 p.m. EST / 7 p.m. GST / 12 p.m. PST. Like usual, this will wipe your progress, items, and buildings and will result in a downtime of around 1-2 hours. 

This will include general updates and improvements, which can be viewed below. 

Rust Update November 2022 Details

The following general updates and enhancements for the Rust update for November 2022 are as follows: 

Includes:

  • New weapon: Prototype 17
  • New attachment: Burst Module
  • New train cart: Caboose (Poker/Blackjack)
  • Updated effects
  • Fixes & improvements

According to a post on Reddit, the new Prototype 17 gun will be a compact semi-automatic pistol with a super-fast fire rate. We’re looking forward to getting our hands on the new hardware and seeing how it fares against other pistols in the game.

What Else Will Be in the November Update?

While nothing official has been stated, the Rust 2022 Halloween event additions will likely get removed from the game, including:

  • Frankenstein build-a-monster pet
  • Candy Hunt Event
  • Halloween Portals
  • New Halloween Items
  • NPC Scarecrows
  • Pumpkin Carving
