A recent hands-on preview of the game from our friends at IGN showcased what’s in store for players when they finally get the highly-anticipated sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order from 2019.

Quick Details

Here are details of what you can expect from Star Wars Jedi: Survivor:

  • An expansive open world that encourages exploration
  • Unique NPCs and sidequests
  • Enhanced combat mechanics, including stances and force powers
  • Improved Cosmetic Rewards
  • Detailed map and fast travel
  • Ground and flying mounts to traverse large areas

Interesting encounters, rewards, secret boss battles, and different skill trees for Lightsaber stances & force powers await those willing to take on the role of Cal Kestis, our titular protagonist of the franchise, played by Cameron Monaghan of Gotham and Shameless fame.

The preview showcases two environments players will spend much of their time in. Planet Kobo, a giant desert-like planet filled with dangers, predators, and droids, and a small moon reminiscent of the environments in the first game.
