Games these days have so many daily tasks to complete that it’s hard to keep track of them all. Tower of Fantasy is no exception, and if you read out ToF daily checklist, you already know the Claw Machine is one of the things you should be doing daily to get some free gifts. But, where is the Claw Machine in Tower of Fantasy? Continue reading to find out.
Where is the Claw Machine in Tower of Fantasy?
The Claw Machine is located on Cetus Island, to the left side of the red circus tent.
To get there, transmit over to Spacerift: Cetus Island. Continue straight toward the red circus tent, and make a left at the NPC named Claire. Keep left, and you’ll see something that looks like an arcade machine. Walk over to it, and it should say Strange Gadget. Press your interact key to start the game.
How Does the Claw Machine Work in Tower of Fantasy?
The Claw Machine, also sometimes called a claw crane, is a type of arcade game where you can move a claw in four directions and press a button to try and grab a toy off the platform beneath it. The objective is to line up the claw in such a way that it will grab a toy without dropping it. Get the toy to the safe area, and it’s yours to keep.
In Tower of Fantasy, players get three plays on the Claw Machine daily. That means you can get up to three gifts per day. The gifts can be used to feed to your Simulacra to gain Awakening Points, which can potentially unlock some powerful buffs at certain thresholds.
We recommend focusing on one Simulacra and checking which gifts they prefer. Aim to get that type of gift from the claw machine to optimize your Awakening Points. For example, if you open up your Simulacra tab and pick a character, you can navigate to the Awaken tab on the left. Then, go to the Gift tab left of their stat card. Underneath their name, it will show you which type of gifts they prefer. Samir, for example, likes Games and Toys.
Since we’re trying to Awaken Samir, we’ll always go for the Smarty Doll gift from the Claw Machine. Giving a Simulacra their preferred gift type grants bonus Awakening Points!
