Tower of Fantasy is a new open-world sci-fi MMORPG from Hotta Games Studio. The game has a roster of many playable characters (weapons), which players collect through gacha mechanics. If you’re looking to level the best weapons and Simulacra in ToF, you probably want to know which ones are worth the investment. Our Tower of Fantasy tier list shows how each weapon and character stacks up against the competition.
As a disclaimer, characters will often undergo nerfs and buffs throughout future content updates. For that reason, the list is subject to change over time. New metas will evolve, shifting the rankings and changing the tier list. The list is not set in stone, so bookmark the page and check back often for updates to our global ToF tier list.

- A-Tier: King, Claudia, Meryl, Zero, Shiro
- B-Tier: Pepper, Cocoritter, Frigg, Tsubasa, Crow
- C-Tier: Bai Ling, Echo, Hilda, Ene
The list above is based mainly on flat damage–subject to change as we gather more information.
