Where to Get the Neurotoxin Knife in Cyberpunk 2077
The Neurotoxin Knife can be purchased from the Melee Weapon Vendor in West Wind Estate, Pacifica, for about 30,000 Eurodollars. The easiest way to get to the location is by fast traveling to the West Wind Apartments fast travel point and walking east.
The Neurotoxin Knife comes in various rarities, including Uncommon, Rare, and Epic. The Iconic version of this knife is the Blue Fang, which we have a guide on how to obtain.
Keep in mind the weapon shop vendor’s inventory is random. You may not see the weapon the first time you visit the weapon shop. Use the skip time feature and skip ahead for at least 24 hours to refresh the vendor’s inventory.
Neurotoxin Knife Stats
The Neurotoxin Knife comes with two empty melee mod slots, the Blade modifier, and nine weapon affixes. The affixes you can expect to roll on this weapon include:
- Chemical and physical damage
- Chemical resistance
- Crit chance and damage
- Headshot damage multiplier
- Recovery time after a throw
- Randomized debuff stats like bleeding and poison
The Blade modifier increases the base damage of this weapon, similar to the Cut-o-Matic.
