Here are the rest of the most significant announcements at the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase 2022

Biggest Announcements at the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase 2022

What games were announced at the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase 2022?

Redfall

The show started with a bang with a sneak peek trailer for the new and highly-anticipated PvE vampire-slaying co-op experience, Redfall. With stylistic and highly-cooperative gameplay, this looks like it could be another huge win for the developers at Bethesda. The game’s anticipated release is 2023. Take a look at some of the earliest gameplay footage below.

Starfield

A spiritual successor to the Fallout series (except this time in space), we’re really looking forward to the newest Bethesda project, Starfield. The early-release footage looks fantastic, and this looks like it will be one of Bethesda’s most ambitious projects to date. We’re also in love with all the base and ship customizations the developers are teasing. Watch the gameplay for Starfield below.

High on Life

As a PC player, I’m a little disappointed I may miss the new Rick & Morty game, High on Life. A stylistic FPS based in the Rick and Morty universe, this console-exclusive looks like it will be a hilarious blast to play. See the entire trailer below.

Overwatch 2

You’re probably already aware of Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch 2, but we got a shiny new gameplay trailer at the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase 2022.

ARK 2

ARK: Survival Evolved is one of the most popular online games. Something that started as a survival game from a small developer ballooned into the massively popular franchise it is today. While the trailer probably left more questions than it answered, we’re excited to see what Studio Wildcat can do with a bigger budget and team.

Minecraft Legends

Minecraft fans will rejoice that a new Minecraft release is on the horizon for 2023. The latest installment will be a strategy game, teaming you with all the vanilla Minecraft characters to beat back legions from a different world.

Diablo 4

Needless to say, the Diablo universe is one of the biggest game franchises in history. Hardcore players disappointed with the release of Diablo Immortal should be happy that this release is coming soon, in 2023. Head over to our breakdown of the Diablo 4 trailer to learn more.
