The BitLife Business Update is live, and the Challenges keep coming our way. This week’s challenge is all about being a generous boss. You know, the rare kind of boss who cares more about his employee’s well-being than their own. This guide will show you how to complete the Generous Boss Challenge in BitLife.
How to Complete the Generous Boss Challenge in BitLife
To complete the Generous Boss Challenge in BitLife:
- Own a company with 20+ facilities.
- Own a company that sells 5+ products.
- Give employees $250K+ in bonuses.
- Pay your employees the Big Bucks for 10+ years.
- Have a salary of less than $100K for 10+ years.
This challenge is pretty straightforward if you’ve already been experimenting with the Business Update. To start things off, you’ll need to start your own business. Refer to our guide on how to start a business in BitLife if you need any assistance with that.
You can start a business of any size. Once it’s up and running, set your salary to less than $100K. Next, expand your operation and create new facilities. To do this, go into the Job section, and tap on Facilities. For example, let’s say you own a food truck–you’d want to open 20 new trucks to get credit for the challenge requirement.
Similarly, you’ll also want to expand your product line. Check out our guide on how to introduce new products to your business in BitLife if you need help. In short, you just need to go to your business and select Add New Product at the bottom of the screen. Make sure to pick something in high demand with low competition. That will ensure your business’s long-term success.
The remaining two challenges are all about Payroll. You need to treat your employees right, so go into Payroll and max out your employee’s compensation. It should say “Big Bucks” to the right of the Compensation button. Make sure your business remains successful, and you can afford to pay your workers the big bucks!
Lastly, go into the Employees tab, click on your employees, and give them at least $250,000 in bonuses over time. Make sure you can afford it, as you don’t want to bankrupt your business before completing the challenge!
