In the new roguelike game Darkest Dungeon 2, players traverse the corrupted lands in a Stagecoach, but it’s a lot more than just a transportation device. Here’s how to equip items to your Stagecoach.
Stagecoaches serve dual purposes. On the one hand, they get you around the ravaged and scary world, but they are truly useful for all the item slots they have. Like your Heroes in Darkest Dungeon 2, your Stagecoach can equip powerful items to enhance your party’s abilities or provide powerful resistances to improve your characters’ longevity. If you’ve found a bunch of Stagecoach items but aren’t sure how to use them, you’ve come to the right place.
How to Equip Items to Your Stagecoach in Darkest Dungeon 2
To equip items to your Stagecoach, visit an Inn, then click The Wainwright tab on the bottom of your screen. From here, you can equip different pieces of equipment by clicking and dragging them into the appropriate slots.
In Darkest Dungeon 2, Stagecoaches have different slots, including:
- Radiant or Internal Flame
- Trophy
- Item Slots
- Pet Slot
Players can’t equip Stagecoach items while on the road, so remember to equip them while at an Inn. Stagecoach items will be highlighted in brown or gold.
In Darkest Dungeon 2, Stagecoaches are an important aspect of your party and can impart powerful buffs that will make playing through each run much easier. Not taking advantage of the available buffs will nerf your party and make it harder to take on enemies throughout your playthroughs.
