MINTROCKET, a South Korean developer, has announced that their highly anticipated game, Dave the Diver, will launch into version 1.0 on June 28.
Dave the Diver initially entered early access toward the end of October 2022 but is getting a new release soon. The announcement was made at IGN’s Summer of Gaming event, and the game has already received a ton of positive feedback from the gaming community.

Dave the Diver 1.0 will release on June 28, 2023. The game has been in Early Access on Steam since last October and has received an Overwhelmingly Positive rating on Steam. The game’s full release is expected to provide an immersive underwater adventure that will take approximately 25 hours to complete.

Dave the Diver Gameplay Details
Dave the Diver is an underwater adventure game where players can explore new biomes, capture new species of fish, and face new threats. The game also features new tools and weapons to help players navigate underwater. Some of the new features and content that players can look forward to include:
- New Biomes: Players can explore an ancient cave, a melting glacier, and more in chapters 4-7, available on launch day.
- New Fish: With new biomes, new fish species will be available for players to capture. There are also rumors of strange mutated fish called FishMon that require specific equipment and strategy to catch.
- New Tools: New ranged, and melee weapons will be added to the game. A new underwater fish tracker will also be available for players to check the stats of the fish they have in stock at the restaurant.
- New Threats: Players will face new dangers, and boss fights in the depths of the underwater world.
