What is Silky Sand used for in Slime Rancher 2?
Silky Sand is used in various tech upgrades in Slime Rancher 2. Perhaps the most important upgrade in the early game is the Extra Tank. This enables you to have an additional slot that you can use to capture resources or slimes. Once you have the Extra Tank upgrade, you’ll be able to carry 5 varieties of Slimes or Resources rather than 4.
