How to Start a Business in BitLife

Congratulations, you’ve started your own business in BitLife! You’re now the CEO, and you’ll need to start by deciding how much of a salary to pay yourself. A modest amount is a good idea to start, as you’ll only have limited capital.
Next, you’ll need to introduce a new product line. It’s a good idea to perform market research first. If the demand is high and the competition is low, it’s probably a good idea to do a product launch to test the waters.
Next, you’ll need to edit your production plan for the new product, which includes the fixed cost, marketing cost, retail price, and production. Be mindful of your overall capital. Don’t invest too much in a single product launch.
Ensure your marketing and fixed costs do not exceed your price per unit. The price per unit minus the total of the fixed cost plus marketing cost times production is your estimated profit. You’ll need to adjust your supplier if you need to reduce fixed costs.
Profit = [Price per unit – (Fixed Cost + Marketing Cost)]*Production
When you’re all set, age up a year and monitor your business’s performance. Repeat this process and launch a few different product lines. Remember to treat your employees well by recognizing their efforts and giving them bonuses when the time is right.
Make sure to go into your Job tab, tap on your business, and manage it. Hire new employees when necessary, and keep their morale high by complimenting them and giving them bonuses. Set up new locations and launch new product lines to expand your business. Keep an eye on your Annual Reports to track performance and profitability.
When you get your business running like a well-oiled machine, you can keep it cruising or get a valuation and sell the company for a healthy profit! Selling a company is how you rake in the big bucks in BitLife.
