Do you have negative coins your Overwatch 2 account? Don't worry--we have a solution for you.

If you’ve recently purchased something during the Overwatch 2 Junkenstein’s Revenge event, you may have encountered a bug that puts you in debt. While it’s a pretty rare bug, this can be incredibly jarring, especially when it’s thousands of coins. Luckily, we’ve scoured the internet, and we have a fix you can use to fix the Overwatch negative coins glitch

What is the Overwatch Negative Coins Glitch?

As reported by users on the Blizzard Forums, the Overwatch negative coin glitch is a strange glitch that occurs after purchasing certain items in the Overwatch 2 store. After doing the math, many users were put into the negative thousands of coins after buying items, when they should have had a positive balance.

How to Fix the Overwatch Negative Coin Glitch

To fix the Overwatch negative coin glitch, restart your game and Blizzard client and check to see if your coins are loaded back into your account. According to users on the forums, this has worked for them.

If this does not work for PC players, Blizzard recommends that users request support on the Official Blizzard website.

Since Blizzard doesn’t control coin balances on consoles, console players will have to contact their respective customer support lines. See below for links for each system:

Hopefully, restarting your game client, system, and the game should resolve the problem–but if it doesn’t, then you’ll need to go through the process of getting your coins back from customer support.

Either way, there’s no reason to worry, as Blizzard can view your account activity, and users should be able to get their coins back either way.
