When is PlayStation Stars Launching?
PlayStation Stars launched in North and South America on October 5, 2022. It previously launched in Asia on September 29, 2022, and will be coming to Europe, Australia, and New Zealand on October 13, 2022.
How to Sign Up for PlayStation Stars
To sign up for PlayStation Stars, visit the PlayStation Stars Website, then use your PlayStation ID to log in. You can also download the PlayStation App, available on iOS and Android. The PlayStation Stars program is free to join for anyone with an adult PlayStation Network account, though a PlayStation Plus membership will help with earning points.
PlayStation Stars Rewards
The main rewards are points that can be redeemed for different purposes. The current options are digital wallet funds, games, and digital collectibles that members can show off in a digital display case through the PlayStation App.
The points are mainly available as rewards for campaigns, including activities and challenges. These include in-game challenges, like earning trophies and even trying out different console features.
PlayStation Plus Members also earn points for purchases in the PlayStation Store, including the subscription payment for PS Plus itself. PlayStation Stars works off a level system, where more bonuses are unlocked by putting in the time and effort to reach the higher levels and stay there.
