PlayStation VR2 Gets Creed & Star Wars Enhanced Editions to Utilize New Tech

If you’ve been on the fence about investigating PlayStation VR2, the new enhanced editions of games might push you over the edge.

One of the things that got me, along with other gamers, excited about the new PlayStation VR2 was all the great titles from innovative developers that would release for the platform. After all, as a gaming platform, it’s all about the quality of games.

According to a recent post on the PlayStation blog, the VR2 headset will be receiving both Creed: Rise to Glory – Championship Edition and Star Wars: Tales from the Edge Galaxy’s Edge Enhanced Edition, both of which will use the new VR2 technology to make the gaming experience even more immersive.

Both games will feature things like 4K/HDR support, impact haptics, and 3D audio, making you feel like you’re in the ring with Rocky Balboa or actually on the planet of Batuu. In addition to leveraging the power of the PlayStation device, Creed: Rise to Glory – Championship Edition will also be adding new story chapters, characters, and locations for the upcoming Creed III movie.
