Countdown to the release of Warzone 2 with our countdown timer.
What is the Warzone 2 Preload Time?
The Warzone 2 preload download will be available starting November 14 at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S, according to the official Activision blog. This date gives gamers 2 full days to preload the files until the official Warzone 2 game drops. This day also marks the start of Season 1 of Modern Warfare II.
Warzone 2 Download Size
If you’re wondering how much storage you’ll need, Activision hasn’t released that information officially. However, if Modern Warfare 2 is any indication–that game requires at least 72GB of free storage.
If you have a laggy or slow internet connection, it could take you a few hours to get Warzone 2, so you should start your download early.
For players with a console with a smaller hard drive, you may have to uninstall a game or two to make way for the release.
