Dave the Diver: Amethyst, Microphone, & Stone Tablet Location

Everyone’s always turning to Dave the Diver to find interesting things down in the mysterious Blue Hole. It turns out there’s a mysterious Sea People living in the waters, and Dr. Bacon can help you communicate with them — but he’ll need some equipment first. This guide will show you where to find an Amethyst, a Microphone, and the Sea People Stone Tablet for the Sea People Language Translator quest in Dave the Diver.

Amethyst, Microphone, and Sea People Stone Tablet Location

Here’s where to find the Amethyst, Microphone, and Sea People Stone Tablet:

Amethyst: Mineral node found in the Blue Hole Depths (~170m Depth)
Microphone: Found inside the Under Sunkenship (~90m Depth)
Sea People Stone Tablet: Found inside the Sea People Record Chamber (~100m Depth)

Amethyst Location

The Amethyst requires a Pickaxe to mine, which is a primary weapon found in any of the green loot boxes in the area. Loot boxes around the 100m to 200m range usually contain either a UV Light or a Pickaxe, so finding one shouldn’t be too difficult. Once you get yourself a Pickaxe, look for the purple glowing crystal node — that’s where you get Amethysts. Swim over to it and start mining as you would any other Copper, Iron, Lead, or Opal node.

Intercom Microphone Location

The other two items are located back in areas you’ve already visited. For the Intercom Microphone, you’ll need to go back into the Sunken Ship and swim down until you find it. It looks kind of like the UV Light icon. It’s the only item left in this region.

Sea People Stone Slab Location

Finally, it’s time to get the Sea People Stone Slab. Go to the Sea People Record Chamber located around 100m deep toward the middle-right side of the waters. Enter and swim to the right, and you should see the slab sitting on the floor of the Chamber.

Now that you have all three items, it’s time to surface and return to the boat. When you return, Dr. Bacon will pay you a visit, take the items, and make the Translator. He’ll come back the following day to give you the translator and the next part of the quest.
